01What Kairo is

Kairo is a free job search partner that works inside Claude. It checks whether a job fits you, builds a CV and cover letter only from facts you give it, drafts form answers, and tracks your applications. It is built and run by Rohan Surve (“we”).

The Kairo skill is open source under the MIT licence. These terms cover the website, the dashboard and the connector at kairo.rohansurve.in. How we handle your data is in the Privacy policy.

02Who can use Kairo

You must be 18 or older to use Kairo.

03Claude and Anthropic

Kairo is not affiliated with, made by or endorsed by Anthropic. You use Claude under your own Claude account, so Anthropic’s terms and your plan’s usage limits apply. Kairo needs code execution switched on in Claude’s settings.

04Kairo never applies for you

Kairo never submits applications, fills in forms on job sites, or emails or messages employers or recruiters. It prepares drafts. You decide what to send, where and when, and you send it yourself.

05Check every output

Fit scores, verdicts, red flags, visa checks, CVs, cover letters and form answers are made by AI in your Claude. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

• Read every CV, letter and answer before you send it.
• Check visa and work-permit rules on the official government page.
• Treat a verdict as advice, not a decision.

Kairo’s truth check compares your CV with your own facts, but it cannot catch every mistake. You are responsible for what you send.

06Your information

Give Kairo only true facts about yourself. Kairo is built to never invent experience, numbers or titles, and you agree not to ask it to.

What you create with Kairo is yours. You let us store the items listed in the Privacy policy only so we can run your dashboard.

07Fair use

Please do not:

• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service (about 120 connector calls an hour);
• try to reach anyone else’s account or data;
• save other people’s personal details in Kairo;
• use Kairo for anything illegal or to mislead employers.

Found a security problem? Email us instead of testing it on the live site.

08Free, as is

Kairo is free. It is provided “as is”, without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or right for your needs. We may change, pause or stop the dashboard or the connector. If we plan to stop, we will try to tell you early so you can download your data.

09Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using Kairo, including missed or lost job chances, rejected applications, visa problems, or decisions you make based on its outputs. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

10Stopping

You can stop using Kairo at any time: remove the skill and the connector in Claude, and use Settings → Delete my data on the dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11Law

Indian law applies to these terms and to your use of Kairo.

12Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top. If you keep using Kairo after that, the new terms apply.
